Fall

Fall is my most favorite season ever. It breaks my heart that I can't be in Utah for this wonderful time of year. Utah has the most beautiful fall season! The mountains are covered in yellow, orange & red leaves. The warm nights, with a slight breeze..just enough to wear a little jacket
My favorite thing was to go up to Provo Canyon, just sit there, take in the fresh air and beautiful mother nature. That sounds extremely cheezy but it's amazing.

It's funny how you can feel it coming in the air, and certain smells make your heart jump. I love this time of year with all the holidays and get togethers. I'm sad I probably won't get to see my grandparents/family again this Christmas. BUT...One more year to go & they will all be down her for Marks homecoming!

It's not quite as chilly here in Arizona as it is there, but I will just have to cope with Arizona's fall season for now.

I miss you Utah!

9 months!

Today marks the day that my brother has been gone
9 months!

Can you believe it?
It feels like just yesterday he left. I cannot believe how fast the time has gone by.
And we just found out he is training for his first time!
Yay!

Labor Day Weekend

So, I know I am a week behind but I have to tell you...

My Labor Day weekend was GREAT! I got off work early on Friday, went shopping for some stuff for work, went to lunch with Justin and then went to my sister's volleyball tournament. Her team is really good. Ragan is really good. She is on her high school's varsity team, as a sophomore. I don't mean to brag..but that's pretty exciting, right? Her team ended up taking first in whole tournament!

Saturday I was running errands all day.
Sunday was great.
I love church.
Especially testimony meeting.

Monday I just relaxed with the family.
Tuesday, Justin & I left early to go to phoenix.
We met up with some friends, Nate & Heather.
They just had their baby almost a month ago.
They are GrEaT parents!
She is absolutely adorable.

We went to lunch at Cafe Rio.

Then later, Justin, Nate & I went to the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. LA Dodgers game.
Justin got 4 free tickets, but seeing as Heather couldn't go because of her brand new baby, the 3 of us just went.
we were on the 3rd level.
(that's what you get when you get free tickets ;) haha)
but by the end of the game we were on the 3rd row on the first base line.

Remember, Remeber the 11th of September

It seems like I've been on the verge of tears all day.
I can't believe it has been 8 years since the terrorist attacks.
E-I-G-H-T!
Even though, I was only 12 years old and in the 7th grade,
I will never forget that day.
Where I was.
What I was doing.

I didn't under stand what was happening.
Or why everyone was crying.
But, I do now.
It was such a horrible tragedy.
My heart goes out to those who lost loved ones.
I don't know what I would do if it were me.
I'm so grateful for my family & every day we have together.

This video (The little girl talking) makes me cry every time I watch it.

Remember those lost, those who survived and their families who suffered.

Life

Life has been crazy lately.
But also really good.
I feel like all I do is work and sleep.
Not that, that is a bad thing.
I am very grateful to have a job with the way things are going.
I'm just tired!
Too tired for a 20 year old girl.
I'm growing up too fast.
hmmm...
But I am very excited for this weekend.
Sister's Volleyball Tourney.
Swimming.
Shopping.
Mesa.
Friends/their baby.
Bahama Bucks. YUM!
Dodgers Game.
Temple.
No work.
Gotta love Holidays.

Help please

Lately I have noticed that everyone has cute fonts/colors on their blogs. Well, I only have to the choice to make mine bold or italics. I'm tired of my blog page looking SO boring! I want to make it cute and fun. I found this website kevinandamanda.com where you can download fonts for free! :] I thought I was pretty smart with computers and all..maybe it's just because I switched to a Mac, but I cannot figure out how to work this thing for the life of me! I downloaded it like it said, but I don't know how to insert it so i can actually USE it! Get what I'm saying?
Someone please help me before I go crazy!

Puppy Love

Last night I came home & found THIS in my bed.....

She was sound asleep. She didn't even wake up when I pushed her over, so I could crawl into bed.
